WE PROVIDE OUR CUSTOMERS WITH A 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement with another item. The refund will be processed upon receipt of the item.
If the item is damaged when you receive it, we will issue a full refund either when it is returned to us or has been inspected by the shipper.
How and when do you ship?
We use FEDEX Ground as our shippers. Shipping will take a maximum of 3-5 days depending on your location's distance from Indianapolis. Orders are normally sent within three business days after receipt of payment. Shipping and handling is free for orders of $200 or more for customers in Continental United States.
For International customers, standard shipping rates apply. Please contact us for rates before ordering.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
No, unless you are purchasing within Indiana.

Because of the handmade process, no two items will be exactly the same. Invariably there might be some natural variations in the art and certainly does not detract from its natural beauty.
