Return Policy

We guarantee 100% satisfaction - if you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item(s) less shipping cost. In the event that you need to return an item, please contact us for return instructions. Returns of products will always be accepted within 30 days with a full refund to your credit card less any shipping and handling charges.
It is important that you contact us within the 30 days. Returns and refunds will not be accepted after that time.

Backorder Policy
Some of our unique barnwood western pictures and accessories are limited in quantity and unable to be backordered. We cannot backorder these items due to availability or other unforeseen circumstances . Customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.
Customer will also be notified if product is temporarily unavailable and additional time needed to return to stock.
It will be customers option to wait for item to become available and shipped, choose different product, or obtain full refund.
Shipping Policies
For our Continental United States customers shipping and handling is free on orders of $200 or more. For International Customers standard shipping rates apply. Please contact us for the rates before ordering.
We use FEDEX Ground as our shippers. Shipping will take a maximum of 3-5 business days depending on your location's distance from Indianapolis. Orders are normally sent within 3 business days after receipt of payment.
Damaged Goods Policy
Any damaged item(s) must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement. Please call us for return instructions. Extra care is taken when packing your items for shipment. All items are quality checked, wrapped and boxed.
We will issue a full refund or replace the product when the item(s) are returned to us.
